No. All sessions are designed to be accessible and mindfully guided for all levels.
You will stay on a beautiful finca on Mallorca. Accommodation is in shared double rooms – you are welcome to book with a friend or will be lovingly assigned to another participant.
Depending on the package, you will receive:

Vegetarian/vegan, nourishing food
Water & tea
Retreat programme (yoga, rituals, creative workshops and much more)
Painting and journaling materials
A loving community & space to unfold
Travel, personal expenses and individual insurance are not included in the price.

You will be refunded 80% of the price if cancelled three months before the retreat, and 50% if cancelled two months before the retreat. After that, no refunds are possible; however, you may send a substitute participant.
Absolutely! Many participants travel alone – and find deep connections, new friendships and a safe space for themselves here.
No. You can listen to yourself at any time. Everything is an invitation - not a must.

1. Services
The retreat takes place on the dates and location specified in the respective retreat announcement.
Included services (depending on the chosen package) may include:
• Yoga, meditation, breathwork
• Sound healing, rituals, ceremonies
• Creative workshops & sharing circles
• Vegetarian/vegan meals
• Accommodation in shared rooms (if included in the package)
2. Prices
The retreat price and available packages (with/without accommodation) are stated in the specific retreat announcement.
Early Bird and Regular prices may vary depending on the retreat.
All prices include the services listed in the retreat description.
3. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made via the official registration form.
After submitting the form, you will receive the payment details. Payment is made by bank transfer to a Wise account (or another account listed in the form).
Your spot is only secured once the full payment has been received. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Cancellation Policy
The applicable cancellation deadlines and refund percentages are defined in the specific retreat announcement. Unless otherwise stated, participants may transfer their spot to another person if they cannot attend. If a substitute participant is found, no cancellation fee applies.
5. Cancellation by Organizer
If the retreat must be canceled (e.g., due to illness, force majeure, or insufficient participants), all payments already made will be fully refunded. No further claims (e.g. travel costs, accommodation outside the retreat, flights) can be made against the organizer.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in all sessions (yoga, movement, ceremonies, workshops, etc.) is at the participant's own responsibility and risk. The organizer is not liable for injuries, health issues, loss of personal belongings, or external circumstances beyond her control. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to take part in the retreat.
7. Changes to the Program
The organizer reserves the right to adjust the schedule, sessions, or activities if necessary (e.g. due to weather, group dynamics, or unforeseen circumstances).

• Retreat-related information (e.g., room preferences, allergies)

3. How Long Will the Data Be Stored?
Your data will be stored only for as long as it is necessary for organizing and following up on the retreat. If you give consent (e.g., by checking the box in the registration form), your email address may be stored and used to inform you about new events, offers, or retreat updates. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Without consent, your data will be deleted no later than 12 months after the retreat ends, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. Sharing Data with Third Parties
No data will be shared with third parties unless necessary for the execution of the retreat (e.g., for payment processing via Wise) or required by law.
